Robert J. LeCount (Bob) passed away peacefully on October 16, 2017. Bob was born on July 25, 1936 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Robert and Genevieve LeCount. He was the oldest of three children. He has a brother, David (Fran), Martinez, California, and a sister Kathy Sciamanda (Eric), Cheney, Washington. He attended many schools as the family traveled across the country while his father performed Electrical Construction work. Bob graduated from Columbia High School in Richland, Washington in 1954.

Bob graduated from WSU in 1962 as an Electrical Engineer. He married Sandra Lybeck in 1960, in Sunnyside, Washington. Their first child, a daughter, Robin Betz (Lance) was born in Pullman. A son, Robert (Pam) soon followed, and not far behind another son, Donald (Carol). Bob worked all his life in construction, mostly Electrical with some forays into Steel Fabrication and General Construction. For the last 30 years Bob worked with his son, Bob Jr., in the area of High Voltage Electrical Contracting.  Bob loved his family, friends, work, boating, traveling, reading and computer games - not always in that order. He was a workaholic, reluctantly retiring at age 80. Bob is survived by his wife of 57 years, his brother and sister, three adult children, and 14 nieces and nephews. Bob and Sandy have 8 grandchildren: Melanie, Justin, Bobby (Sydney), Dalton, Tanner, Tony, Amy and Jaclyn.

Bob had a good life. He worked hard and played hard, with lots of travel and family time. We will miss him so much.
