We are sorry to hear about Betty's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family. We spent several winters with both Joe and Betty in Yuma, all this after we retired. Tom and I worked with Joe at WSDOT. Nancy I'm sorry I can't come to the services as I have prior commitments, but know I'm thinking of you.
